Questions for Mirlinda
- Which exports? Are these six the right set? Should Payment ready and Processing payments (not yet paid) be visible to Wendy at all?
- Bank details: Should the DAC export show full IBAN, TIN, date of birth and VAT codes, or masked (last 4 characters)? Or should DAC be excluded entirely?
- Date range limits: How far back may Wendy export (for example current and previous fiscal year), and is there a maximum range per export?
- Access expiry: Should external access expire automatically (for example after 90 days or at the end of the engagement) and be renewed by finance?
- Income exports too? Should Wendy also get Manage > Accounting > Income exports (client invoices, client payments)?
- Filters: Are currency and entity filters needed? Today the Outcome exports filter by dates, professional, project, contract and payment method.
- Notifications: Should finance get an email every time an external user exports?
